My Grandson watches me paint at the last Greater Salem Artists spring show. This is a painting of a fantastic Beech Tree in our neighborhood. I am also doing a graphite pencil on paper of this subject.

This painting of the Grape Islands, Lake Massabeic, NH was completed with just a pallet knife.
Linda Hall, President of the Greater Salem Artists Association, presented me with the ribbon for People’s Choice Award for my painting Thirty Seven Ears. This was presented at the conclusion of the Greater Salem Artists Association Spring Show on April 20, 2013.

This year’s Spring Fling Art Show and Sale will be the largest in the Greater Salem Artist Association history! There are 35 artists signed up for the show. All mediums of fine art will be on display and available for sale. There will be live music, a Cookie Walk, demonstrators and raffles for fine art and other prizes.
Don’t forget to visit the “Judging Circle” in the adjacent gymnasium, where each artist will display their best work for judging. You can also cast your vote for your favorite painting for the People’s Choice Award. Ballots and programs will be available at the welcome desk. Admission is free.
I will be unveiling my new line of fine art puzzles at this show. These are four of my past, ribbon winning paintings custom-made into a 500+ piece puzzles.
I will also be displaying two models of a 17th century Camera Obscura I built using modern materials including foam-core, hot glue, an old magnifying glass and mirrors. This was a fun project.
The Greater Salem Artists association will be holding their annual Spring Fling art show and sale on Saturday, April 20th from 10:AM TO 4:00 PM, at the Woodbury School in Salem NH. Stop by and see the wonderful art work this group produces.
I will be painting and displaying my work in the “Judging Room” ajacent to the main room. Hope to see you there.

I had fifteen paintings displayed in the Derry New Hampshire Public Library during the month of November. This is a great space to show your work. The library is always looking for local artists to show paintings for one month. You can contact the library at 603-432-6140.
I have fifteen paintings on display at the Derry New Hampshire Public Library through Friday, November 30th. There are still life, wildlife and landscapes in this group of works. The library is located at 64 E. Broadway, Derry NH. The library hours are:
